Lorraine Says: Oh, Never Leave Me.

I blog elsewhere on the Internet and I am insanely proud of that project.

I miss having that feeling about this blog.

On that other blog, I review things and use already created content as a crutch. I don't mean to lessen what I do there, because I love it, but it's easier to write something about something. This space continues to present a challenge and it boils down to these questions:

1.) What the heck do I write about?
b.) What, exactly, do I want this space to be?
cat.) Where in my "real life" does this blog fit in?

I realize that these questions have sort of bled into all my recent posts, along with "nothing new to report" and "I'm so bad at time."

But I've got a plan, Internet. I think. Not that I've answered any of my big three questions, but I at least have a plan to give this here blog a little shot in the arm because I used to be insanely proud of it, and I miss writing somethings about nothing.

Please stick with me. Pretty please with a whole box of zebra cakes on top. I'll be blogging in the meanwhile, but I hope to have everything settled and revived by Late to the Party's third year anniversary.

In other news: Happy October! The posts on my Facebook about these so-called "seasons" have started and everyone is all, "can't wait for the leaves to change" and "can't wait for cold weather." Whatever, everyone. Enjoy your leaves and your seasons.

Meanwhile, I can't wait for Count Chocula cereal. This really had nothing to do with anything. I just thought you should know.

I like all of your patient, loving, faithfully reading faces.

I'll be here when you return. You know, watching the leaves and such.

See, at least you think about such things. I just spew out some word vomit and hit publish. BLOGGING GENIUS.

Also? Because I live upside down, you can look forward to a multitude of "UGH, WHY IS IT SO HOT?????" status updates from me ;)

I'm having the same problem with my blog, but I'm using Major Life Upheaval as an excuse. I'll stick around.

I often feel like this. I have felt like this a lot recently, except part of my problem has been that I have nothings that I want to turn into somethings, but the somethings I'm creating are not quite what I want them to be. And then I just get frustrated and stop. But keep at it, lady. We can do it! :)

We're getting all existential. But I mean, why DO we write? Sometimes I do it just to keep from going insane. But, like, do other people really want to read my insanity?

The jury is still out.

Oh I won't leave. I understand how you feel.

I know what you mean...it's hard to keep two blogs up! But we shall persevere! :)

Really? You update once a month and you expect people to stick around? What for? What's in it for the reader? Not words, fresh ideas, any news whatsoever on you, your family, or friends and life which we are now hooked on.... we miss you and it's hard not to selfishly want you all to ourselves, so please come back!! And tell Sara who used to swear a lot the same goes for her. *stomps off
